JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Quality Analyst (Back Office), you will work from the office (PC-based role) to monitor and ensure the quality of heat pump installations.

You’ll support field teams by checking their work remotely and helping improve processes.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Check installation quality remotely using internal systems

• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards

• Review photos, data, and reports from field technicians

• Provide feedback and suggest improvements

• Work with teams (design, installation, maintenance)

• Keep records of quality checks and results

🌍 Good English skills (German is a plus)
