Job Description

Summary

The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Local Shops (LS) vertical and supporting LS partners to succeed on talabat. As part of the Vendor Coordination team, you will oversee all quality control checks for Local Shops partners.

Our objective is to ensure that our partners are well-supported at all times. You are expected to be results-driven, take ownership, and deliver on the defined KPIs, while maintaining excellent customer service standards for our partners.

What's On Your Plate?

• Maintain and update partner inventory on a daily basis, including price updates, new SKUs, promotions, catalogs, and retail ordering systems

• Provide administrative support to vendors and resolve issues through various request tools

• Implement and execute vendor promotions on the platform

• Support vendors in adopting internal tools and technology to optimize order processing

• Improve content quality across Arabic, and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to analyze data effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong logical and strategic thinking abilities

• High level of commitment to performance and continuous development

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; Kurdish is a plus
