Focused on keeping our workplace and systems secure and running smoothly, the IT Operations team collaborates closely with colleagues across the company to resolve issues quickly, support everyday needs, and maintain an environment people can depend on.

Your mission

In this role, you’ll focus on keeping everyone’s tools and devices running smoothly. You’ll set up new laptops, accounts, and accessories for new starters, and address the technical issues that come up. You’ll also be involved in updating and improving the local IT infrastructure, and ensuring that your colleagues work in a welcoming environment with as few internal technology-induced problems as possible.
