SDR Team Lead (German + Dutch)

We’re building our outbound engine in Germany. The base exists. Now it’s about structure, pace, and a model that scales.

This role is for someone who sets the standard through action, not theory.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs on outbound

• Stay hands-on: cold calls, sequences, objection handling

• Build pipeline and drive daily execution

• Define territories, target accounts, and messaging

• Spot gaps quickly and fix them directly

• Work closely with Head of Sales to scale the team

You’ll be in the field with the team. Driving output, not observing it.
