Your Role

As a Data Scientist in Operations, you will be at the forefront of optimizing how FINN manages and scales its operational infrastructure. You will leverage advanced forecasting and optimization models to predict capacity needs, drive efficient resource distribution, and solve operationally critical challenges that directly impact the business. Your work will uncover hidden patterns, validate the impact of operational strategies, and deliver actionable recommendations to the operations team. This role is perfect for a proactive problem solver who thrives at the intersection of data science and logistics, and is passionate about turning operational complexity into scalable, data-driven solutions.
